About Waiotech
Treatment plants run on people’s memory. That’s why Waiotech was built.
Why Waiotech was built
In most plants the work gets done well, but leaves no trace. The fault report stays in the shift’s chat group, the PM plan in a spreadsheet on one computer, and each pump’s repair history in the head of whoever was on shift that day.
That works as long as the same people stay. When shifts change, someone retires or an experienced technician leaves, part of the plant’s knowledge goes with them. Waiotech was built so that knowledge stays in the plant, next to the equipment and the unit it belongs to.
What we focus on
Only water and wastewater treatment plants. Waiotech isn’t generic maintenance software adapted for plants; concepts such as process units, streams, positions, shift rounds and process conditions are part of the product itself.

How we work
«We understand the plant first, then show the software.»
- 01
A first conversation
We ask about your plant, its main equipment, your team and how you work today. Usually a short call or visit.
- 02
A demo on your kind of work
We show Waiotech on work like yours: one of your pumps, a real PM, a failure you had recently.
- 03
Implementation
We start from your current files, put the data in order together and train the team, so real work is recorded in Waiotech from the first days.
Water and wastewater companies in three provinces use Waiotech.
