02 · Tag scanning

A QR tag opens the right record.

Scanning finds the position or equipment and shows the open work on it. It never adds access; people can only do what their team is allowed to do.

03 · Working offline

An offline package for one person, on one phone, with an expiry.

Before heading out, a work package or process package is taken onto the phone. It is bound to that user and that device, is valid for at most 24 hours, and can be revoked. Offline actions sit in an encrypted journal until they sync.

Evidence attaches to the task, the work order and the equipment. Files stay in the app’s private storage on the phone and are accepted after an integrity check.

06 · Phone security

If a phone is lost, its access is cut off.

Data on the phone is encrypted, and the phone is bound to one user. Revoking the installation or the offline package disables that phone’s access.
