Stores, shelves, and a QR tag on every shelf.

Stock locations form a hierarchy, and each shelf can carry a QR tag. The storekeeper scans the shelf and that location opens.

02 · Reservations for work orders

A part set aside for one job isn’t used up by another.

A reservation doesn’t move stock; it only reduces what’s available. It is fulfilled by an issue, or ended with a reason, and changes to its quantity keep their history.

03 · Shortage and replenishment

The shortage shows on the work order; supply is followed up in stores.

From the shortage itself, the planner raises a replenishment request. Receipts link to it, and once complete it is fulfilled. Waiotech doesn’t do purchasing or accounting; it makes the need precise and traceable.

04 · Stocktaking

Variance is seen and approved before stock is adjusted.

Counts are recorded and submitted; the inventory supervisor reviews the variance and either returns it for recount or approves it. Stock is adjusted only when the count is posted.

05 · Cost in equipment history

A part that was used stays in that equipment’s history.

Part usage is recorded on the work order and reaches the equipment history with its cost. Next year you can see how many seal kits this pump has gone through.

06 · Process chemicals

PAC and hypochlorite usage, in the same stores.

Process chemicals such as coagulant and hypochlorite are drawn from stores, and their usage is tied to a process unit rather than a work order.
